At the forthcoming Euroshop, the most important international trade fair for the retail world (Dusseldorf, 16-20 February 2020), ABS Group presents a new proposal for a contemporary store: a multisensory space in which digital technologies integrate perfectly with physical media, to the point of blending the boundaries separating one from the other.
Physical + Digital = Phygital
ABS Group responds to the store-design revolution with Phygital Retail, a real “fusion” between structures in textile architecture and home automation, sensors and multimedia devices.
The design proposals allow a direct relationship with the customer to be established through interactive technologies and immersive paths, while maintaining the flexibility and aesthetic value of aluminium and fabric elements that are ecological, equipped, back-lit and sound-absorbing.
Home automation applied to the lightboxes that can be remotely controlled by an APP to turn on and off, program and change the animations, LED light intensity and sound diffusion. Interactive showcases, tables and mirrors to develop contents and buy products directly.
These are just some of the most advanced solutions for Phygital Retail that ABS Group is presenting at Euroshop 2020.
The dynamic interactive lightboxes are a unique novelty. Users can interact and generate different LED animations by touching the upholstery fabric.
