Recycled and recyclable fabrics

For 100% environmentally-friendly fittings, choose our line of totally recycled fabrics. The yarns with which these materials are produced are sourced from the reconversion of plastic waste salvaged from the sea as part of the SeaQual (www.seaqual.org) initiative.
All the fabrics we use in our production generate a benefit for the environment. Indeed, thanks to the Plant My Tree (www.plant-my-tree.de) initiative, for each quantity of materials purchased, a corresponding number of trees will be planted.
Our fabrics are also 100% recyclable due to being polyester-based, PVC-free and printed with water-based, solvent-free inks.

Printing on fabric

ABS Group fabrics are customised through sublimation printing, a printing process that uses specific water-based inks and without azo dyes, that are fixed by pressure at a high temperature.
The choice not to use solvents during printing and to use fabrics made from recyclable polyester yarns and Oeko-tex® standard 100 certified, free of harmful substances, makes safe and eco-friendly ABS Group products.
