Fabric tapestries
A sequence of faces on brightly colored backgrounds decorate the façade of the Procuratie Vecchie overlooking Piazza San Marco in Venice. The temporary installation, designed by Migliore + Servetto Architects, was realized by ABS Group on the occasion of the inauguration of The Human Safety Net, the Assicurazioni Generali Foundation in support of vulnerable families with young children and the inclusion of refugees.
The fabric chosen to make the tapestries was a 400 g double-sided satinette fabric. The use of latest generation printing technologies has guaranteed high quality and color fidelity, contributing to create the wow effect of the installation.
