Stretched Fabrics
ABS Group created the setup of this store in London, completely covering the interior with 450 square meters of sublimation-printed fabric. By applying ultra-thin profiles along the perimeter of the walls, the fabric was held in place and perfectly tensioned. Every element on the walls and ceilings was integrated into the setup: trapdoors and doors were covered in fabric, while custom openings were created in the overhead ceiling for lights, smoke detectors, and fire sprinklers. Beyond its tailoring, the use of this material in interior design offers several advantages: it is sustainable, flexible, customizable, and allows for the construction, covering, and transformation of spaces without the need for extended and expensive construction sites.
