VISITOR RULES OF CONDUCT
NO SMOKING
- Smoking is prohibited in all internal areas of ABS Group and Kora Comunicazione. This includes distances of less than 8 m from all openings, both doors and windows, throughout the company headquarters.
CAUTION WHEN ACCESSING TRANSIT ROUTES
Do not enter production departments, the warehouse and external areas unless accompanied by authorized personnel.
Be particularly vigilant when passing through departments and external areas as forklifts, cars or heavy vehicles may be in operation.
Respect all signs displayed in external areas. All vehicles must be driven at walking speed.
BEWARE OF MACHINERY
When inside departments, follow the routes indicated by the floor signage, and maintain a safe distance from equipment and machines in operation.
Do not touch equipment or tools of any kind.
GENERAL RULES TO BE FOLLOWED WHEN IN DEPARTMENTS
Photography or filming is forbidden unless expressly authorized.
Report any unsafe or dangerous conditions found immediately to a member of ABS Group or Kora Comunicazione personnel.
No naked flame is permitted anywhere within ABS Group and Kora Comunicazione premises.
Do not obstruct escape routes or emergency exits.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
If you hear an alarm or in the event of emergency, stay calm, follow the instructions of your accompanying staff member and proceed to the general assembly point located in the external courtyard, to the left of the entrance gate.
The general assembly point is marked on the ABS Group and Kora Comunicazione map.
Do not hinder rescue operations.
