Innovative, technological, creative, experiential: The Lamborghini Museum at the historic headquarters of at Sant’Agata Bolognese, traces the history of a legend while projecting it into the future. The exhibition was designed and set up by ETT, the creative digital company with its core business in technological and cultural innovation, in collaboration with Go-Up Architecture Studio of Genoa, and the ABS Group, which produced all the aluminium and fabric structures in the museum areas.
ABS Group has created eleven luminous walls, up to 27 metres long, made of aluminium profiles, fabric coverings and LED back-lighting systems. All the elements making up the walls have been designed and made by the ABS Group, including the back-lighting system, which enhances the colours and graphics printed on the sheets.
At the entrance to the museum, two luminous fabric walls with integrated screens welcome visitors with the quick passage of an Aventador and a Huracán, immersing them in the unmistakable sound of Lamborghini cars. Among the famous cars on display and panels that tell the story of the company with texts and images, we see the Family Tree, a large light-box, with evocative graphics, that shows the brand’s history through all the models made in over 50 years. This wall structure, in aluminium with back-lit fabric, is added to by the four monitors which let us discover the cars one by one, also according to their construction characteristics and technical features.
On the first floor of the Museum is the revamped Lamborghini race team area, with a back-lit wall over 24 metres long, which acts as the backdrop for the cars on display, and which, with some screens, takes the visitors diving into the reality of the Super Trophy, with films of the most recent races. The section’s interest is enhanced more by several multimedia installations, such as monitors to access the racing team website, and two virtual reality places to experience the thrills of driving a lap aboard a Lamborghini Super Trofeo.
The combination of different interactive multimedia solutions and installations of great visual impact created by the ABS Group, has given rise to a new museum itinerary, which now allows lets visitor experience the Lamborghini world like never before, where history, cars, design and technology intertwine along an evocative journey from past and present towards the future.
